Fantastic location and a beautiful hotel with a very cosmopolitan breakfast which was very impressive. Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. One drawback if you are arriving by car the parking is very limited and we had major problems trying to find the overspill car park- a ‘take and pick up service’ would be perfect here.

I was slightly confused that i couldnt access the large club shop on the outside of the impressive blue clad South Stand but friendly ticket office staff informed me if i entered at E4-5 (my seat was actually on the other side of the ground) and turn right in the concourse i could access the club shop inside the ground. Scanning of the e-ticket and bag was quick and easy and,as i was entering the ground in the last few balls of the Womens game,getting into the club shop and purchasing items was also easy,with a great selection of T100,T20,and Warwickshire CCC items to chose from.
The cricket itself was definitely not a priority for the organisers. It was not a horrible day. Do it once but think hard about spending that kind of money again when the hosts don't mind much about the cricket, just your money
Small, not particularly welcoming and very quiet when I was there. Poor drinks offerings and food is restaurant only which is awkward if you want to play games.
Absolutely brilliant stay here over the weekend. Perfect location central for everything we had planned. For a city centre hotel there was pelo outside noise, bed was comfortable and staff friendly and polite. If you are staying near the bullring then this is the place to stay.

Also we forgot a laptop charger and called to see if we can go collect it ,and the lady who answered said she will return the call in 10 minutes but it turned to be the opposite,she didn’t even call back for feedback if they had found it or not .
Fried eggs were solid and had been sitting there for some time by the look of it. Everything on the buffet was tepid- nowhere near hot enough. We only got offered fresh eggs and sour dough avocado when we read more had finished trying to eat the awful buffet.
